This sponsor form applies to East Coast SXS Summer Slam 2019 ONLY. Sponsorship will not auto-renew and need to be agreed to each year unless otherwise specified by sponsorship package. East Coast SxS ATVentures requires a Certificate of Liability, which must be emailed to bobbijo@eastcoastsxs.com 30 days prior to the event.

Names to be added to the Certificate of Liability Insurance are: East Coast SxS ATVentures, LLC, Bobbi Jo Steffey, Justin Steffey, and Mountain Ridge Trails Resorts, LLC.

If you don't currently have liability insurance you can contact Tiffany Nolan with IE Insurance to purchase an event liability insurance policy: 724-719-2093.

• There is no rain date for this event – event takes place rain or shine. However, if inclement weather poses a danger to our vendors, we reserve the right to require vendors to temporarily shut down.

• There will be NO refunds issued whatsoever, even if a vendor breaks its contract or does not attend the event. This includes refusal by the vendor to setup in an assigned space.

• Set up and tear down times are FIRM! Please DO NOT arrive earlier than the scheduled time- NO EXCEPTIONS! Set up times will be provided when vendor locations are awarded.

• The event sponsor reserves the right to require vendors to remove from their exhibits any materials which we determine, in our discretion, to be inappropriate, including, for example, materials that may be offensive, disparaging or discriminatory.

• Spaces will be filled according to the date the application and deposit are received and the products you are displaying and selling. East Coast SxS ATVentures reserves the right to adjust or make changes in assigned spaces as it sees fit, but will make every attempt not to move you once you have been assigned a space.

• Vendor parking will be located in a lot close to the vendor area. Vendor trailer parking will also be located in an area adjacent but not directly in the display area. There will be no camping in the Vendor Midway.

• Vendor shall maintain its booth and its operating area in a neat, clean and sanitary condition. The Vendor booth shall be repair free and clean of litter and rubbish at all times. Vendor shall be responsible for the clean-up of its booth both on an ongoing basis during the event hours of operation and at the conclusion of the event. All cardboard boxes need to be broken down prior to placing in proper receptacles. Vendor’s cleanup responsibilities shall also include, but not limited to, bagging and depositing all of vendor’s trash in the dumpsters provided.

• You are responsible to provide all setup equipment including tents, tables, chairs, etc. East Coast SxS ATVentures does not provide any equipment or setup items.

MERCHANDISE REQUIREMENTS:

• No obscene merchandise, as determined by the East Coast SxS ATVentures is to be displayed or sold at the event. Violation of this policy may result in the immediate ejection from the event and loss of all paid fees.

• NO Merchandise displaying any wording such as East Coast SxS, East Coast SxS ATVentures, Summer Slam or Mt. Ridge ATV Park etc. will be allowed. East Coast SxS ATVentures reserves the exclusive right to the sales of "East Coast SxS Summer Slam” T-shirts, sweatshirts and novelties.

SECURITY AND RISK OF LOSS: Security will be provided by East Coast SxS ATVentures during the event, this includes overnight security. However, vendor is responsible for all items left on the East Coast SxS ATVentures premises, including, but not limited to, those items left in vendor’s location during the hours of operation. Vendor shall be solely responsible for its security at all times even in inclement weather. Risk of loss of product, equipment, cash or any other times belonging to or in the possession of vendor is on vendor. East Coast SxS ATVentures shall not be responsible for the loss of or damage to vendor’s property or inventory whether attributable to theft, vandalism, spoilage, weather or any other cause.

All Vendor fees are non-refundable.
