Any food vendor interested in setting up at one of our events please contact Bobbi Jo Steffey BEFORE completing our online Food Vendor application.  Our Summer Slam Food Vendor fee is only $200 for the entire event.  Food Vendor mandatory hours are 11 am – 6 pm.  If you would like to be open before or after those mandatory hours, you are welcome to do so.  You must have a generator if you require electric as we cannot accommodate electric needs at this time.  The dates for the Summer Slam are 6/27/19-6/30/19.  You must be set up no later than 2 pm on June 27th and can break down any time after 6 pm 6/29/19.  If you have any questions, please contact Bobbi Jo at  You must provide a certificate of liability insurance 30 days prior to the event.

This sponsor form applies to East Coast SXS Summer Slam 2019 ONLY. Sponsorship will not auto-renew and need to be agreed to each year unless otherwise specified by sponsorship package. East Coast SxS ATVentures requires a Certificate of Liability, which must be emailed to 30 days prior to the event.

Names to be added to the Certificate of Liability Insurance are: East Coast SxS ATVentures, LLC, Bobbi Jo Steffey, Justin Steffey, and Mountain Ridge Trails Resorts, LLC.

If you don't currently have liability insurance you can contact Tiffany Nolan with IE Insurance to purchase an event liability insurance policy: 724-719-2093.

Vendor set up day for Summer Slam is 6/27/19 and we request everyone be setup by 2:00 pm if possible. If you need to come in earlier to set up just notify us to make those arrangements. Please be sure to have someone staffing your vendor space at all times during vendor hours 9:00-6:00 Thursday (once set up)-Saturday. You can break down anytime after 6:00 pm on Saturday or breakdown on Sunday whatever you choose. You may stay open later than 6:00 pm if you so choose as well. All Vendor fees are non-refundable.
